The Merit Abrasives catalogue includes sanding belts and discs, flap discs, flap wheels, spiral and cartridge rolls, cutting discs, sharpening stones, sandpaper sheets and abrasive rolls. Merit Abrasives cartridge rolls are used in polishing and removing machine tool marks. Available in a diameter range of 3/16 inches (4.76 mm) - 1/4 inches (6.35 mm), these abrasive rolls can easily reach corners inaccessible to larger-diameter tools. Merit flap discs are used for grinding, finishing and polishing surfaces. These discs are available in different grit types (coarse grade / extra coarse grade / medium coarse grade), making them ideal for use on wood and soft metals such as aluminium, brass and bronze.
